Condition Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

1. Be in original, unused condition
2. Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
3. Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
4. Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering (unless reporting a defect)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Hygiene-sensitive products: Hotel soaps (opened), personal care items
• Perishable goods: Items with expiration dates
• Custom or personalised orders
• Clearance/sale items marked as “Final Sale”
• Food packaging products that have been opened or used
• Herbal supplements and capsules (opened containers)
• Silica gel products (opened packaging)

We will respond within 24-48 business hours with:

• Return authorisation number (RAN)
• Return shipping instructions
• Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely and include:

• Return authorisation number
• Copy of original invoice

4. New item shipped once return is received

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

1. Do not discard packaging – take photos immediately
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Provide photos of damaged packaging and items
4. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost
