We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including:
– Gauteng: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Sandton, Midrand
– KwaZulu-Natal: Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Newcastle
– Western Cape: Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, George
– Eastern Cape: Port Elizabeth, East London, Mthatha
– Free State: Bloemfontein, Welkom
– Mpumalanga: Nelspruit, Witbank

Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time. We will notify you if your area requires
extended delivery times.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For international enquiries, please contact us at customercare@

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
– Email notification with tracking number
– SMS notification (if mobile number provided)
– Link to track your parcel online

How to Track:

Check your email for the dispatch notification
Click the tracking link provided
Enter your tracking number on the courier’s website
View real-time delivery status
Can’t find your tracking info? Contact us at customercare@click2buyit.co.za with your order
number.

The courier assigned depends on your location and order size. You will be notified which courier is
handling your delivery.

 
 Delivery Procedures

Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
The recipient must be 18 years or older
ID may be required for high-value orders

 

What If I’m Not Home?

If you’re not available to receive your delivery:
1. First Attempt: Courier will leave a notification card

2. Second Attempt: Courier will attempt delivery the next business day

3. Third Attempt: Parcel will be held at the nearest depot for collection

Depot Collection:

– You will be notified of the depot address
– Bring your ID and tracking number
– Parcels are held for 7 days before being returned to us

Alternative Delivery Options
  • Provide a work address for daytime delivery

  • Nominate a trusted neighbour to receive on your behalf

  • Request delivery to a PostNet or Pargo collection point

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not sign for visibly damaged packages (if possible)

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents

  • Contact us within 48 hours at customercare@click2buyit.co.za

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  •  Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe

  • We will investigate with the courier (allow 3-5 business days)

  •  If confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund

  • Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

– Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
– Additional shipping costs for re-delivery due to address errors

Need to change your address? Contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes cannot be
made once the parcel is dispatched.
